The private collection features amuseum and archive which includes the Maurice Sendak room, which is full of his sketches and pages. Among it's conmtents are Herman Melville's own bookcase, which holds the copy of Moby-Dick he inscribed to Hawthorne. Another floor holds Joyce's manuscript for Ulysses. Hourly tours (Tues-Fri, 11-4)
